Pashado Property Investors LLC is a veteran-owned business that invests in vacant land across the United States. I will buy in any location and will cover 100% of all costs associated with the transaction. I set up this website to make it easier for people to start the process of selling unwanted or unneeded vacant land or lots.

I am a private investor…. not a large company or hedge fund. I am not a realtor. I buy land with the intention of hopefully selling it for a profit at some point.

Due to the fact that I am a private investor, I unfortunately have to buy all of the property at a discount, otherwise my numbers simply won’t work out. However, I typically pay out a lot more than other land investors, so if you have an offer on the table from someone else, I’d love an opportunity to try and outbid them. I also understand very well that tough times can affect anybody, so I make the selling process not only easy and fast, but I also ALWAYS pay all closing costs, fees, dues and back taxes (if any). This way, when you get an offer from me, you know the exact amount you will receive. Another advantage is that, since there is no realtor involved, there is no commission to pay!
